Descending into Madrid, the humorous remarks from one Northern English passenger were not satirical, just sad.
UK passenger Ay up, look at all that water. It's massive.
US Neighbor Yes, it looks like a big lake.
UK passenger Don't be daft, it's too big for a lake. That's got to be the sea.
