Qureyoon or Zlythern review
Jan/07 Filed in: Zlythern

Qureyoon or Zlythern is normally a cheery chappy and very popular with newcomers on the MyBlogLog directory. He is the guy who wrote a "How To" so you can work out who and how and why to say hi to fellow bloggers.
Mayday, Mayday
I say that he is normally happy, but he isn't quite so smiley at the moment. It looks like his internet connection may have taken a beating in the recent earthquake in Taiwan, and he is lucky to be able to keep his blog alive. Anyway, he is a resilient chap living hundreds of miles away in Indonesia, where he will have to take his chances and hope that once all the Taiwanese casualties have been treated, homes rebuilt, basic services reconnected and law and order restored, he may get a high speed internet connection back.Qureyoon's blog details
If you ever see his blog again, his is the one with a very snazzy header - all feathery and tickly and sort of dragonesque, which is nice. Unlike many bloggers, he has a neat solution for his archives too, in the minimalist form of a drop down menu instead of the normal never-ending reminder of dates past.If you want to know all about on-line games and ways to idle away your time, this is the man. Learn all about snowflake makers, Rock-Paper-Scissors madness and the interactive Johari Window from his first month of blogging back in April 2006.
Bilingual blogger
Another interesting aspect of Qureyoon is that he doesn't blog in his first language. Check out his April 2006 archives and you won't understand a word, if you were born and bred an anglophile. Thinking about it, bilingual posting is quite a useful trick up your sleeve - He could write a "How to re-post your material on the same site without getting zapped by Google robots."Happy new year, Qureyoon, and definitely keep on with the quest for entertaining online diversions - although while the internet is down try out that old-fashioned game, the Rubick's cube. You must have one stashed away somewhere - or am I showing my age?
